Texas Governor Greg Abbott has proclaimed tomorrow, Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2018, as an official Day of Mourning in Texas in memory of former President George H.W. Bush. To honor the life and legacy of our 41st president, Governor Abbott has directed state agencies, offices, and departments to be closed, and general government operations and services to be maintained by "skeleton crew" staffing.
In recognition of this statewide Day of Mourning, the Graduate School administrative offices will observe this holiday and limited staff will be available on campus. GSBS classes will be canceled for tomorrow. Please contact your course director to find out if and/or when classes missed due to the cancellation will be rescheduled/made up.
The GSBS community is invited to participate in a moment of silence to be held at 10 a.m. tomorrow, to pay their respects to President Bush.
