GS01 1223 Practical Computational Genetics & Bioinformatics

This course is designed as a training of necessary computational and bioinformatics skills used in everyday analysis of biological data, especially DNA sequence and polymorphism data. Topics include basic Unix/Linux command line, programming (Python), human sequence/polymorphism databases, and DNA sequence/polymorphism analysis.
