Application Deadlines

PhD program

The final deadline for all application materials to be submitted for the PhD program is December 1, 2020 (11:59 p.m. central). Early applications are encouraged. All materials, including letters of recommendation, must be submitted by the deadline. No late materials will be accepted.

MS programs

• MS program in Medical Physics: December 1, 2020
• MS program in Genetic Counseling: December 15, 2020
• MS program in Biomedical Sciences: April 1, 2021

Visitation/Interview Weekends

All applicants who are offered admission to the PhD program must go through a review and interview process. Due to COVID-19, all interviews will be conducted virtually. Interviews will be held on the following dates: January 15, January 29, February 12, February 26. Invitations to visitation weekends will be sent by email.

Invitations to interview are sent throughout the cycle. Students should except to be notified by email regarding interviews by mid-February.
