Registration in GSBS Courses for Non-Degree Seeking Employee

Employees of institutions within the Texas Medical Center may register for one GSBS course each term provided that they have the consent of the instructor and approval of their workplace supervisor.

A completed application form must be submitted at the Office of the Registrar at 7000 Fannin Suite 2250 Houston, TX 77030 at least two weeks before the last day of regular registration.  For summer 2014, the application must be submitted by May 2.  The Office of the Registrar will not enroll you in the class unless all requirements below are completed.  Please allow yourself plenty of time to obtain the appropriate documentation.
Dates to remember:
Open Registration: Apr 14 - May 16
Payment Deadline:  May 16 (balance after this date is subject to a $15.00 late fee)
Add/Drop: May 19-21 (registered students only)            
Drop w/ WP or WF grade: May 22-July 18
