Students interested in pursuing a M.S., Specialized M.S. or Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Sciences apply to the Graduate School using the application for admission. Recommended undergraduate coursework to prepare a Ph.D. applicant for graduate studies includes basic courses in Biology, Physics, Calculus and Biochemistry.
The application procedure requires completion of an online application form, including a personal statement, research statement, the scores of the GRE general test, transcripts from all institutions at which course work was completed, and three letters of recommendation.
All applicants admitted to the Ph.D. degree course of study are awarded a stipend, including health care benefits. The cost of tuition and fees is included in the package offered to admitted students.
