GSBS has three thesis based M.S. degree programs:
Students admitted to a Specialized M.S. program affiliate with that program and meet that program's requirements
Students admitted to the Individualized M.S. Program in Biomedical Sciences may choose to affiliate with one of the following areas of concentration that have set specific requirements for M.S. students (students interested in these areas should contact the Directors for more information):
Students in other areas (i.e., those not in Genetic Counseling, Medical Physics, Cancer Biology or Therapeutics & Pharmacology) don't officially affiliate with a Program but they may still participate in Program activities with approval of the Program Director.

GSBS also offers a non-thesis based M.S. degree as a part of the Professional Science Master’s Program (PSM). Click here for more information.
