The GSBS is committed to fostering a professional, respectful, and safe learning and research environment where students can focus on their academic, scientific, and professional development.
Students are encouraged to speak up when they experience or observe conduct that causes concern, negatively affects the learning or research environment, or may be inconsistent with University policies or standards of professional conduct. You do not need to determine whether an experience constitutes a policy violation before submitting a report.
The GSBS Incident Reporting System, operated through Miratech – Clearview Connects, provides students with an option to anonymously report concerns or experiences involving the GSBS, including experiences that occur within its parent institutions or in connection with GSBS education, research, training, or other activities involving individuals within the GSBS community.
Concerns may involve conduct addressed by applicable UTHealth Houston policies, including HOOP Policies 39, 59, 108, 109, 183 and 186.
If something happened that you believe should be brought to the attention of the GSBS, we encourage you to report it.
