My research focus is on tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC). Currently, I am studying the genetic basis including genotype-phenotype correlation, the underlying mechanism of TSC in patients who have clinically diagnosed TSC but have no mutation identified, and modifier genes for TSC that lead to variable expressivity of the disease. I am very interested in neurodevelopmental problems such as seizures and autism.
