Event Description

On Tuesday, March 22, all members from the Texas Medical Center (TMC) community are invited to join in a march to demonstrate solidarity with Ukraine and to support a peaceful end to Russia-Ukraine war. 

Hosted by the MD Anderson UTHealth Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences International Student Association, the march emphasizing humane treatment for all people will begin at 11:15 a.m. at Webber Plaza, located behind McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston, 6431 Fannin St.  

Participants will then march to the Graduate School, located in the Mitchell Basic Science Research Building, 6767 Bertner Ave.  

A map of TMC Visitor Parking is available online.  

Those who attend are encouraged to practice social distancing and take other health and safety precautions.
