If you need to cancel a previous reservation, we require 48 hours notice. The cancellation must be made by the original requester and sent to gsbs_classrooms@uth.tmc.edu. You will receive a confirmation email of the cancellation, typically after one business day.

All rooms are capable of video conferencing using Microsoft Teams, WebEx and Zoom. You will need your own username and password to use these services. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation to troubleshoot with your off-site attendees.
