My research focuses on identifying, characterizing, and understanding the molecular biology that underlies breast tumor growth, progression and metastasis, and intrinsic therapeutic resistance, and cancer drug discovery/development. The overarching goal of my work is to perform multi-faceted translational research that can promote development of novel and effective treatment regimens for patients with metastatic breast cancers.
