- Reproductive toxicology and endocrinology
- Radiation and chemotherapy effects on male reproductive system resulting in infertility or genetic damage
- Genes responsible for radiation sensitivity of spermatogenesis
- Fertility preservation in cancer patients including stimulation of recovery of spermatogenesis by hormone manipulation and spermatogonial transplantation
- Biochemistry and molecular biology of sperm development
- Separation of germ cells into purified populations
- Identification of testicular cell types (male germ cells, somatic testis cells)
- Testicular cancer
- Induction of testicular cancer by fetal exposure to radiation and other DNA damaging agents
