As a prenatal genetic counselor, my primary research interests include understanding how genetic screening and testing options are discussed, utilized, and interpreted in the clinical setting. My most recent publication assessed genetic counselors’ knowledge and counseling practices regarding non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) results that are indicative of maternal neoplasm.
