My research has been centered around Computed Tomography (CT) QA/QC; radiation dosimetry; shielding design and evaluation; CT clinical protocol optimization and implementation.
Depending on the student’s interests, a tutorial in my area would provide an introduction to diagnostic imaging systems, image quality, and radiation dose management; provide experience with measurement and calculation of radiation dose to patient and personnel; and provide opportunity to learn techniques of image quality evaluation and optimization.
