Event Description

Join us for a simple but powerful wellness activity inspired by Tom Rath and Donald Clifton’s book, How Full Is Your Bucket? An uplifting way to promote emotional well-being, social connection, and appreciation.

Every day, our words and actions can either 'fill' or 'empty' someone’s emotional bucket. This activity invites all students, staff, and faculty to take part in small acts of kindness and recognition that make a big difference.
How it works

  1. Create a 'Bucket Board' in your lab or visit the GSBS Commons area to fill out a drop and place it on the Bucket Board.
  2. Write a positive message or shout-out to a colleague, classmate, or friend.

'Thank you for helping me with…'

'You made my day better when…'

'I appreciate your hard work on…'

  1. Add your message to the board (signed or anonymous).
  2. Celebrate positivity across GSBS!

Let’s fill each other’s buckets one drop of appreciation at a time.
