My primary research interests are in radiation dose-response studies, outcome analysis and biological modeling. I am interested in normal tissue toxicity risk assessment in anatomical sites such as the thorax, head, and head and central nervous system. I am also interested in tumor control probability modeling. We intend for this work to expand to include information from functional imaging, genetic information such as SNP's, and other biological information such as cytokines. Student tutorials will be in dose-response modeling.
