The Kim lab is located on the 5th floor of MSB building (MSB 5.032), which is and will be equipped with basic and advanced instruments for most routine web-lab experiments such as cell culture, Western Blotting, Real-time PCR, and Chromatin immunoprecipitation. In addition, shared equipment and computing system within the Department of Anesthesiology is available, including Cytoflex LX flow cytometer, Leica confocal microscope, and various instruments for histological sample preparation. Also, it is required to handle/execute animal experiments at CLAMC vivarium located at MSE R558, which has sufficient spaces to generate various knockout/disease models and perform metabolic phenotyping.
